Those
ebXML members planning to attend the next ebXML meeting are
asked to review the documents in order to approve the document.
A note
about the TA specification out for approval. It has passed
all review cycles. However, it has missed the deadline requirement
for publication before the meeting. The ebXML Executive has
agreed to make an exception since this specification has under
gone more than the two review cycles and urges members to
make every effort to cast their vote during the Friday closing
plenary in Vancouver next week.
During
the Monday opening plenary the PT lead will introduce the
specification and answer any outstanding question. Members
that have commented should review the disposition document
in order to determine if their concern has been resolved.
If not they should raise any outstanding issue during the
opening plenary.
If any
ebXML member has an issue with the Executives decision to
go ahead with the approval process they are asked to raise
their concern during the Monday opening plenary.
