TMWG members,

Attached is the result of editing to date based on the work of the TMWG
last week.  Please note this is not complete.  Refer to the outline file to
see the proposed restructure.  Chapters 2, 3, 4, and 5 have been divested
of their major content to a new Chapter 8, Patterns and Chapter 9,
Metamodel.  Contributions to Chapters 2, 3, 4, and 5 are to be forthcoming
from current RUP material, examples and extractions from earlier versions
of N090 on guidelines and templates.  Annex 1, Glossary, is included as
revised last week.  The other Annexes were not touched and are not
included.

The editor has taken the liberty to add new section 1.6, Document
Structure.  As a place holder, detailed descriptive text has been drafted
and included in 1.6 to provide an overview for the use of patterns and the
metamodel.  (This may not be the best place for this.)  Reference material
to be included in Chapters 2, 3, 4, and 5 on patterns in Chapter 8 is still
in a separate file, Reference_text_for_patterns.doc.
